Who I am

My name is Pianka and I am an Estonian-born London based dog handler, professional trainer and person living with a chronic disabling condition called PoTS. For this, I am supported by my assistance dog, Athena, who helps me navigate this world every day. After many incidents where businesses did not handle our access needs very well, I set myself the goal to utilise my knowledge, training and experiences to educate businesses and their staff on assistance dog access and the law. As a dog trainer, I have worked with a wide range of breeds including rottweilers, labradors, golden retrievers, pointers, staffordshire bull terriers, huskies, alaskan malamutes, pomeranians, poodles, dobermanns, west highland terriers, border terriers, setters, to name a few.

I have completed courses and received qualifications in dog training (2015 + 2017), dog obedience (2017), canine nutrition (2019 + 2022), dog behaviour (2017), canine first aid (2025), human first aid (2023), health and safety at work (2024), and professional dog grooming (2019-2023).
